Much of my career has been spent in hospital pharmacy. I am an extrovert and helping people has always been my passion which allows patients to feel comfortable talking to me about their medications. My work to date has provided the degree of satisfaction and reward that I initially sought from a career. However, over the years that I have been a pharmacist, I put my heart and soul into making sure that the basic medical facilities are accessible to all the common masses in critical COVID times. Working 14 hours a day and seeing people suffer made me question the existence of entire mankind. I witnessed the ill effects of COVID on the mental health of almost everyone I knew. The stress, the anxiety and the depression people have gone through during these testing times have made me think a lot. The solution to all these problems is a diversion to make people feel good about them. I found my peace in painting, sketching and murals. It did not just make me survive through those days but also made me empathetic towards others. That is my ultimate goal in life. To be able to help someone who needs my help. To be qualified and experienced and confident enough to help a stranger, through the means that I found so helpful and rewarding.

Also from an early age, I have always had an inclination to paint and draw. As a teenager, I found that through my art I could communicate and form relationships with people who viewed and looked at my work. I would be asked questions about what I had created and this would give me an opportunity to introduce them to the world of artistic expression and explain my views.
