Izzy Lima aka "izzcube" is a first-generation American-Brazilian artist who is trying to bring their creativity to life through a unique approach to bold illustration and innovative design. They've been drawing since they first learned to pick up a pencil, and chose to study graphic design at Depaul University in Chicago, IL. Izzcube has been described as a “jack of all trades” and tries to learn and master a multitude of different artistic mediums ranging from videography to making music, as well as even dabbling in toy and jewelry design.
One of the biggest priorities within their artistic vision is to spiritually connect with their audience through their approach and emphasize the importance of what each viewer uniquely interprets from what they see, as Lima believes there is no correct answer as to what their pieces convey. Many of izzcube's pieces include numbers, symbols, and angelic number sequences as they are the one true universal code of language that can be understood and interpreted by anyone regardless of their religion, culture, or background.
What motivates izzcube to keep pursuing their artistic passion is the chance that they will one day be able to bloom a beautiful community of abstract thinkers who wish to see a positive change within the world through embracing differences and healing the inner child. As of recent, izzcube had their first independent art show where more than 50 people came to support, and all but 3 of their pieces from their new "BIO MECHANICZ" series sold within the first hour. Izzy Lima's next step in their journey will be taking place this summer in Berlin, Germany where they will be involved in a high-intensity artistic excursion.
