Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1995 & raised by a Painter, Cloe Galasso generated a great interest in the visual and corporal environment.
At the age of 21, she received a MDes in University of Palermo. She complimented her studies in a self-taught way exploring different disciplines such as ceramics, analog photography, sculpture, and new technologies in art and design, seeking to find her own way to fight against the lack of exposure of women in the art world. In 2020, in the context of the pandemic, he was introduced to oil painting, becoming his favorite area of work.
In 2021, she did her fer solo exhibition in Buenos Aires at Galeria Gascon. Later, she did a series of mentorships in New York City, with artists Maurizio Pellegrin, Kathryn Cameron, Eric Michelson and Taka Maruno, and two pop up exhibitions in the The Hub, gallery at NYSA. At the end of the same year, she did an artistic residency with Eugenio Cuttica at Campo Cuttica, Southampton, NY.
In 2022, she did two solo exhibitions, one in Buenos Aires, in Sastrearte, and another one in New York, in Paul Larsen Gallery. She also participated in several group shows in Brooklyn and NYC, in Spiti Costa Gallery, Galleria Azur “the edge nyc exhibition” and Trngl Loft.
She was also selected to participate in an exhibition in Galleria Antonio Battaglia, in Milano, and in London, in The Art Pavilion of the High End.
