Mia Mondora is a multimedia artist from the state of Ohio. Painting was her main passion until she began to explore different media in college, specifically sculpture and ceramic art forms. Focusing her work around portraiture expressed her thoughts about the human condition. Currently Mondora’s concepts add in the layer of man’s relationship with the organic world. The importance of this symbiotic connection is depicted literally and figuratively through the use of plants, textures, and patterns.
