Islam Allam

Islam Allam is a self-taught digital artist from Cairo, Egypt, was born in 1992. Allam was drawn to graphic design at an early age and used digital software to experiment and explore the design world. Allam used his graphic design experience to create contemporary digital portraits based on a visual context derived from knowledge, research, and consideration of traditional and contemporary art movements, in an attempt to come up with his own visual result to express his vision of creating and producing portraits that represent a different and additional approach in this type of visual art. Allam's work is influenced by improvisation and music. He was able to create a characterized digital portrait by selecting random music and intently listening to the beat, rhythm, and structure of the music.
