Antonella Doblanovic knew she wanted to be an artist from a young age to which the crumpled papers in her drawers would attest. Dancer, artist, and fashion designer they read. After watching Project Runway though, she decided that was not the road for her. Dancer and artist however, would stick through hurricanes and tsunamis of self doubt and critique. As the sand dried and the ocean calmed, the urge to be a dancer and artist would be there, unwavering. Despite their steadfastness, she would train her artistic competency yet deny the urge until 24. She had gained a BA in Environmental Studies from Loyola Marymount University with minors in Dance and Theater then taught English in France from 2020-2022. At 24, she returned home ripe with the knowledge that she must stop trying to escape herself and surrender to what is alive within her.
