A mixed media sculpture. The portrait of a Northern Nigerian woman, dressed in a locally made attire with no facial features. Made using textile, paper, and metal net. The work was made to appreciate the Northern Nigerian women choice of headgears. A lot of superstition and false rumors were degrading the particular head gear. After extensive research, a fresh image of the head tie was uncovered.
